DHCD to Launch the Community Catalyst Grants Program

The City of Baltimore is launching the COMMUNITY CATALYST GRANTS PROGRAM
in support of locally driven community development work.

Beginning July 1, the City’s Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) will have funds for a Community Catalyst Grants program to support operating and capital needs of citywide community development organizations.

Please join us at these meetings to talk about program and funding priorities. We need your feedback before this year’s funding guidelines are finalized.

If attending the June 27th meeting, please contact Tammy Hawley at 443-984-5753 at least three business days prior to the meetings if any special accommodations are needed.

If you are unable to attend a meeting, but would like to offer comments, a copy of the draft program guidelines will be available beginning June 28th on DHCD’s website at, along with instructions on submitting comments.
