HABC’s RAD Program Receives Award from the Maryland State DHCD

HABC and DHCD will receive an award for "Excellence in Project Design and Creativity" for Baltimore City's RAD development projects on Friday, April 13th at the Maryland State Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD) Annual Breakfast Celebration. Secretary Kenneth Holt and his staff nominated HABC and DHCD for the award because of the positive impact RAD has had on City neighborhoods. Hollins House received this same award a few years ago.

In addition, Keye's Pointe Apartments was featured as the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalitions' Project of the Month for April! The redevelopment project is a partnership between HABC, AHC Greater Baltimore, and the Michaels Development Company to revitalize the 62-acre O'Donnell Heights public housing community built in the 1940s.

Congratulations to HABC and DHCD!
