Release of Draft CAPER

The City of Baltimore has released a draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the federally funded Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs.

The draft CAPER covers City Fiscal Year 2017 activities – July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. The report identifies financial resources received through the ESG, HOPWA, HOME and CDBG programs; describes activities funded through these programs; and assesses the City’s success in meeting goals contained in the Consolidated Plan covering the July 2015 through June 2020 time period.

Written comments on the draft CAPER will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. December 15, 2017.

A summary of comments received and responses to comments will be submitted to HUD as part of the final document.
